We offer a number of different treatment modalities such as reiki & psychic readings, registered massage therapy, massage & bodywork, manual lymphatic drainage and craniosacral therapy. On mobile devices you may have to scroll down to see more options.

Please note that outside of yoga studio hours, the front door will remain locked while we are assisting other clients. The door will be unlocked at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

To reach your practitioner, or if you need to cancel an appointment within the 24-hour cancellation window, please contact them directly via email. Cancellations within the 24-hour period may incur a cancellation fee.

Bodywork & Massage treatments are provided by professionals with extensive experience, and who are trained to a high standard. Their out of province certification means they do not issue receipts for insurance. Whether you’re looking for a relaxation massage, deep tissue, or the addition of hot stones or cupping, a custom massage is catered to you and your needs that day.

Modalities offered under this heading are performed by an RMT registered in British Columbia and are eligible for submission to insurance plans.

Tamarin’s journey with her spiritual connection began at a young age, leading her pursue this connection from mentors, and pursuing education as a Holistic Practitioner in 2005. Here at BCIHS, she studied a variety of modalities including Reiki and Energy Concepts. Jess Reavis

Jess has lived a nomadic life following her passion for adventure and delving into a multitude of cultures around the world. Her global travels immersed her in a variety of massage traditions and energy healing modalities such as Thai Massage, Foot Reflexology, Balinese Massage and Reiki. Continuing her studies at the Cotswold Academy in the United Kingdom, she focused on Sports Massage, learning an array of effective skills to treat; including trigger point and myofascial release.

For many years she worked in Australian-owned physiotherapy clinics in busy ski resorts in Japan alongside physiotherapists. During that time Jess expanded her physiological knowledge base and evolved her repertoire by combining both holistic and clinical-based techniques into her treatments. After studying under such incredibly wise teachers and healers from around the globe, she has gained a wide range of massage techniques and methodologies to pull from to nurture one’s body, mind and spirit.

Kenzie Wade is a Registered Massage Therapist with 15 years of experience, deeply committed to supporting patients on their wellness journeys. Her continuing education in CranioSacral Therapy (CST) and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) reflects her focus on gentle, restorative care. She also has a special interest on working with sports injuries and scars. Kenzie’s approach is patient-centered and trauma-informed, creating a safe space where healing can unfold at each person’s pace. Whether helping locals or visitors recover and thrive, she tailors every session with compassion and care.
